Elite Edge Painting is led by Joel Leite, a Big Island native whose life and career have been shaped by discipline, integrity, and service. Growing up in Hilo as the son of a police officer and a construction contractor, Joel learned early the importance of hard work, teamwork, and treating people with respect.

From helping his father with framing and painting projects as a teenager to managing commercial painting divisions on Oahu, Joel has spent over two decades mastering his craft. His experience spans thousands of residential and commercial projects, earning him a reputation for meticulous detail, reliability, and genuine care for his clients.

Returning home to the Big Island, Joel saw a need for a painting company that combined professional execution with small‑town values, a company built on honesty, respect, and the Aloha spirit. Elite Edge Painting was created to fill that need. Today, every project reflects Joel’s belief that quality is a promise, trust is earned, and the best work comes from the heart.
